The backyard is your own private oasis. A round plunge pool sits on a sun-drenched deck, surrounded by tropical greenery, loungers and an umbrella, perfect for cooling off after the beach or relaxing with a drink and BBQ while the kids play. For those with energy to burn, the yard features a half-pipe skate ramp and ninja warrior-style obstacle course, creating a space where kids (and adults) can stay entertained for hours without leaving the property. It’s rare to find a holiday home that offers this level of built-in fun. A hammock and large covered deck provide multiple places to unwind, whether you’re chasing the sun or the shade. Please note: guests are welcome to use the skate ramp and obstacle course at their own risk. Skateboards, rollerblades and similar equipment are not provided and will need to be brought with you.

Inside, the home is bright, spacious and thoughtfully styled. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area features skylights that flood the space with natural light, a large island bench perfect for gathering and seamless flow to the outdoor deck and pool area. It’s the perfect setting for shared meals, relaxed mornings and evenings together after a day exploring the coast.

Three Comfortable Bedrooms
Hosting up to 8 guests, the home features three beautifully styled bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a cosy study that can convert into additional sleeping space when needed. Each room is designed with comfort and calm coastal tones, creating a peaceful place to rest after busy beach days. The master suite includes a queen bed and private ensuite, with doors opening directly onto the terrace and plunge pool. Step outside for a morning coffee or refreshing swim before the day begins. The second queen bedroom and third double bedroom are equally comfortable and thoughtfully styled.

Walk To The Beach & Town
Beach days are effortless here. In just a 250m stroll, you can be on the sands of Agnes Water Main Beach for swims, surfing and fishing. Enjoy an easy stroll into the centre of Agnes Water to explore local cafes, shops and relaxed coastal dining. The historic seaside village of 1770 is only a short drive away, famous for its spectacular sunsets and a range of family-friendly activities including stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, nature walks and award-winning eco tours.
