The standout feature of this home is the expansive 70 sqm covered deck. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the deck includes an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, a dining space, lounges and hammocks, an outdoor TV, so you can relax on the deck while being cooled by regular coastal breezes.

Spacious Living & Four Queen Bedrooms
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the upper level only. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is generous, practical and well equipped for group stays. The kitchen includes an electric oven, gas cooktop, air fryers, large concrete benchtops and quality cookware. There are four comfortable queen bedrooms with bamboo mattresses, light cotton sheets, plenty of pillows, blankets and doonas. The largest bedroom includes a Smart TV. The bathroom layout works well for groups, with one internal bathroom (with two showers, a vanity and toilet), a separate toilet, plus two outdoor freshwater showers.

Comfortable, Eco-Conscious Living
This is a thoughtfully run eco home with solar power, filtered rainwater, and eco-conscious cleaning products in place. The house is cooled by ceiling fans and regular sea breezes. Please note there is no air conditioning - during peak summer it can feel warm – beach time is part of the rhythm here.

Gardens, Chickens & a True Home Feel
The gardens surround the house and are part of the experience. Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden. Two outdoor showers, a rainwater-fed washing machine and a clothes line make longer stays easy and comfortable.
